Unlike most Realtors, I have an extensive background in real estate law, having worked in lawyers offices for over 30 years as a paralegal and am therefore uniquely qualified to work with you to ensure your legal interests are protected.
I also have a very keen eye and do my best to ensure that you look beyond the rosey glasses to see every property with it's good points and flaws. Making the "sale" is not what is important. What is important to me is that you are making an informed decision not an emotional one. Of course I want you to love your new home but just like with the best relationships, there are always flaws that can influence the value - I point out the good and the bad that I see and then leave you to decide.
With both my daughters grown and persuing their own lives, I have the time to give you the kind of service you deserve when buying or selling your home. I listen to what your needs are and do as much of the leg work as possible to make your transition a smooth one.
I have always had a special understanding of first time home-buyers. It always surprised me how many first time home-buyers that I have done deals for in the lawyer's office over the years who did not fully understand how the whole process works even though they had been working with a Realtor.
